RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund for eligible items.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • In original packaging (where applicable)
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Opened or used personal care items
  • Custom or personalized products

International Fulfillment & Return Shipping

Our products are fulfilled internationally and ship directly from our suppliers. Due to the international nature of our fulfillment:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility for change-of-mind returns
  • International return shipping may be expensive and can exceed the product's value
  • We recommend contacting us before returning any item to discuss the best solution

Refund Options

For items under $75 AUD: We may offer a full or partial refund without requiring the physical return of the item, as return shipping costs often exceed the product value.

For items $75 AUD and above: If you wish to return the item, please contact us first. Returns must be shipped to:

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at robd128@hotmail.com. We will:

  • Provide a full refund, OR
  • Send a replacement at no additional cost

You will NOT be required to pay return shipping for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

How to Request a Return or Refund

  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. Provide photos if the item is defective or damaged
  4. We will respond within 2 business days with instructions

Refund Processing

Once we approve your return request:

  • Refunds without physical return: Processed within 3-5 business days
  • Refunds requiring physical return: Processed within 5-10 business days after we receive the item

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
